Standard processing target: 1 to 3 business days unless a product page, checkout page, or order update states otherwise.
Processing may take longer during holidays, high-volume periods, supplier delays, address verification, payment review, or fulfillment exceptions.
Delivery Estimates

If no specific delivery estimate is shown, CeramicMuse will use reasonable efforts to process and ship orders within the timeframe required for online orders.
Delivery estimates are not guaranteed unless clearly stated as guaranteed by the carrier or checkout service.

Fragile Ceramic Packaging
Ceramic items are fragile. CeramicMuse aims to use protective packaging suitable for ceramic products.
Customers should keep the product, box, and packaging materials until they confirm the order arrived safely.
Delays
Shipping delays can happen because of weather, carrier volume, holidays, customs, incorrect addresses, local delivery issues, or fulfillment delays.
If CeramicMuse cannot ship within a stated timeframe, we may contact the customer with an update, revised timing, cancellation option, refund, or other resolution as appropriate.
Incorrect Addresses
Customers are responsible for entering a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.

CeramicMuse is not responsible for packages delayed, returned, lost, or delivered incorrectly because of an address entered incorrectly by the customer.
Lost Or Marked Delivered Packages
If tracking shows a package was delivered but you cannot find it:
- Check the delivery address.
- Check with household members, neighbors, front desk, mailroom, or building office.
- Check around the delivery area.
- Contact the carrier if needed.

Damaged Packages
If an item arrives damaged, follow the Returns And Damage Policy and contact CeramicMuse with photos of the item and packaging.
