1. About CeramicMuse

CeramicMuse is an ecommerce shop focused on ceramic matcha bowls, matcha starter kits, and matcha gift sets for home matcha rituals.

Our products may include fragile ceramic, stoneware, or porcelain items. Product details, materials, care notes, and intended use should be reviewed before purchase.

2. Product Information

We try to present product descriptions, photos, prices, colors, sizes, and availability as clearly as possible.

Because ceramic items can vary by production batch, monitor, lighting, and photography setup, colors and small details may look slightly different in person.

We do not claim that a product is handmade, made in the USA, food-safe, microwave-safe, dishwasher-safe, lead-free, non-toxic, or suitable for a specific use unless that claim is clearly stated on the product page and supported by verified supplier information.

3. Orders

Please inspect your order after delivery. If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact CeramicMuse within the damage reporting window stated in our Returns And Damage Policy and include photos of the item and packaging.
