Refund & Returns Policy

Thank you for shopping at CeramicMuse. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not entirely happy with your order, we’re here to help.


1. Returns Eligibility

You may return most new, unused items within 30 days of delivery for a refund or store credit, subject to the conditions below:

To be eligible for a return:

  • Item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
  • Item must be in its original packaging with all labels and accessories.
  • You must provide a receipt or proof of purchase (order number or email confirmation).
  • Ceramics and fragile items must be inspected carefully before use. Returns due to damage must be reported immediately (see Damaged Items below).

Non-returnable items:

  • Customized or personalized products
  • Gift cards
  • Items marked “Final Sale”
  • Items damaged due to misuse or improper care

2. How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please contact our Customer Support team:

In your message, include:

  • Order number
  • Item(s) you wish to return
  • Reason for return
  • Photos if the item is damaged

Once your return request is approved, we will send you detailed instructions on how to return your item.


3. Return Shipping

Who pays for return shipping?

  • Standard Returns: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error.
  • Damaged or Defective Items: We cover return shipping and replacement costs (see below).

Please use a trackable shipping method and insure your package. We are not responsible for items lost in transit.


4. Damaged or Defective Items

At CeramicMuse, we take great care in packaging our items — but accidents happen.

If your item arrives damaged or defective:

  1. Contact us within 7 days of delivery.
  2. Include:
    • Order number
    • Photos of the damaged item and packaging
    • Description of damage

We will review your request promptly and offer:

  • Replacement of the same item
  • Full refund
  • Store credit

No return required for certain damaged items — we may offer a replacement or refund without return, depending on the case.


5. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status. If approved:

  • Refunds are issued to the original form of payment.
  • Processing time: 3–7 business days after we receive the item.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable (unless the return was due to an error on our part).

Refunds may take additional time to reflect on your account depending on your bank or payment provider.


6. Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct online exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item:

  1. Return the original item for a refund.
  2. Place a new order for the replacement item.

7. Store Credit Option

If preferred, we can issue a store credit instead of a refund. Store credits:

  • Never expire
  • Can be used for any item at ceramicmuse.com
  • Will be issued once the return is approved
