If you need to cancel an order, contact CeramicMuse as soon as possible through the Contact page.
If the order has not entered fulfillment, CeramicMuse may be able to cancel it and issue a refund to the original payment method.
If an order has already entered fulfillment, shipped, or been handed to a carrier, cancellation may not be possible.
Cancellation Requests
If you need to cancel an order, contact CeramicMuse as soon as possible through the Contact page.
Include:
- Order number
- Email used at checkout
- Reason for cancellation
Before Fulfillment
If the order has not entered fulfillment, CeramicMuse may be able to cancel it and issue a refund to the original payment method.
After Fulfillment Begins
If an order has already entered fulfillment, shipped, or been handed to a carrier, cancellation may not be possible.
In that case, the order may need to follow the Returns And Damage Policy after delivery.
Address Changes
Address changes are not guaranteed after an order is placed. Contact CeramicMuse immediately if the shipping address is incorrect.
CeramicMuse is not responsible for delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses entered at checkout.
Out Of Stock Or Delayed Orders
If an item becomes unavailable or cannot ship within the stated timeframe, CeramicMuse may contact the customer with an update, revised timing, cancellation option, refund, or replacement option as appropriate.
