Please make sure your claim is accurate and submitted by the rights owner or someone authorized to act on the rights owner's behalf.

Information To Include
To help us review the claim, include:
- Your full name
- Company or rights owner name, if applicable
- Your email address
- Your role or authority to act for the rights owner
- The specific CeramicMuse URL involved
- A description of the allegedly infringing content or product
- Identification of the intellectual property you claim is infringed
- Registration number or official reference if available
- A statement that the information you provide is accurate
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief the disputed use is not authorized
What CeramicMuse May Do
After receiving a claim, CeramicMuse may:
- Review the reported content or product listing
- Temporarily remove or disable the content
- Contact the supplier or product source for more information
- Request additional information from the claimant
- Reject incomplete or unsupported claims
- Remove, edit, or keep the content depending on the review
Counter Information
If a supplier, creator, or affected party believes a claim was submitted by mistake, CeramicMuse may request additional documentation before making a final decision.
