Yes. Ceramic, stoneware, and porcelain pieces can break if dropped, crushed, or handled roughly. Please unpack items carefully and keep packaging until you confirm the order arrived safely.
What should I do if my item arrives damaged?
Contact CeramicMuse within the damage reporting window stated in the Returns And Damage Policy. Include your order number, photos of the damaged item, photos of the packaging, and a short description of the issue.
Are CeramicMuse items food-safe?
Only items clearly marked as food-safe on the product page should be used for food or drink. CeramicMuse does not make food-safe, microwave-safe, dishwasher-safe, lead-free, or non-toxic claims unless those facts are verified for that product.
